Holiday Cottages
Payment and Cancellations.

Once a booking has been confirmed you are liable for the full cost if you have to cancel. We ask for a 25% deposit and this deposit secures the cottage and is non-refundable. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. Should you need to cancel we will make every effort to re-let the accommodation. If the balance has been paid we will make every effort to re-let the cottage and if so the balance will be refunded.

For bookings made less than 6 weeks before commencement the total fee is payable. We recommend guests take out travel insurance in case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. This is easy to arrange and reasonably priced, if you click on www.cancellationplan.com they will be able to advise you on what cover you need.

We reserve the right to charge for breakages and damages To Park View Farm and Cottages, persons making the booking will be held responsible. Guests to undertake to keep all furniture, fixtures and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at the time of the letting (reasonable wear and tear accepted) and shall pay the owner for any damage occurring.

We are smoke free but visitors will be able to smoke in the garden and grounds.

The number of people occupying the cottage must not exceed the number on the booking form unless by prior arrangement with the owners. The cottages at any time are for the sole use of the party that has booked unless otherwise arranged.

Our prices are inclusive of everything you will need for a comfortable holiday, including electricity, heating, bed linen and towels.

We recommend the fine food home delivery service provided by www.peakdistrictfinefoods.co.uk 

Weekly let’s usually run from Friday to Friday in Red Lion Cottage and from Saturday to Saturday in Honeysuckle Cottage and unless otherwise agreed, arrival time 4pm (unless otherwise arranged) and departure 10.00am to 10.30 am

Short breaks, when available, usually comprise either a three night weekend stay from Friday to Monday or a four night midweek stay from Monday to Friday. However where possible we can be flexible.

Registered assistance dogs apart, we regret that we do not accept pets.

Whilst we welcome well behaved children it should be noted that Red Lion is a very grown up cottage.
