Honeysuckle Cottage
Honeysuckle is a delightful 17th Century country
cottage nestling down a leafy lane just outside the
village and overlooking glorious Derbyshire
countryside. With a large private garden it is
ideally situated for a peaceful holiday in the
countryside.
The cottage is full of character and charm with
beamed sitting room, original pine doors, antique
furnishings and pretty fabrics.
Downstairs there is a cloakroom, including washing
machine, tumble dryer and refrigerator/freezer.
Fully equipped country kitchen including dishwasher.
The sitting room containing colour TV/video/ DVD is
attractively furnished and has a large picture
window overlooking the secluded sunny South facing
garden.
There is a large double bedded room with romantic
four poster bed, as well as two delightful but much
smaller bedrooms one with bunk beds, the other with
twin beds, all made up with fresh linen and towels
for your arrival. There is a stylish bathroom
downstairs and the four poster bedroom has a fully
fitted en suite with power shower.
Honeysuckle is only a 2 minute walk from the farm.
Parking space for two cars.
Please note that because Honeysuckle is a small
cottage we only take bookings for a maximum of 5
persons unless otherwise arranged.

Bookings for Honeysuckle Cottage run from Saturday
to Saturday.
Time of arrival 4pm onwards (unless otherwise
arranged). Departure 10.00am to
10.30am unless otherwise arranged. Please collect
the keys from the farm on arrival.

Electricity unless otherwise stated, wood burning
stove with logs.
Linen and towels provided.
Colour TV, DVD, Video, Radio, Microwave, full
electric cooker, dishwasher, automatic washing
machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, Hairdryer
Garden furniture.
Maps and information.
Welcome: Tea, coffee, sugar and milk for when you
arrive; half a dozen organic free range eggs from
the farm (when the hens are laying!) as well as
those little essentials
